#2. I only received part by part of my order. How come?
Answer: It is normal. Your items come from different places and to avoid delaying, we prefer to deliver your order as soon as one or more items are ready.
Therefore you will receive your orders in several packages at different time.
#3. Why did i ordered for more than 15 days and have not received anything yet?
Answer: It is normal. The delivery time is between 14 and 35 days.
It is much closer to 14 than 35 but sometimes it is little longer or equal to 35.
This is because we work directly with producers, this is what allows us to offer you the best prices.
In all cases, if you have not received your item within 3 months we would reimburse you and you keep the item when you receive it.
#4. How do i proceed for cancellation?
Answer: We are proud of our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed in 12 hours. If you want to cancel your order for any reason, send us an email to (info@keitshop.com) as soon as possible.
A large majority of items in stock are processed and/ or shipped around 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this period, so that we can cancel your order before it is processed and/ or shipped.
No request to cancel your order can be taken into consideration if it has already been processed.
We accept returns for any reason. Whether you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 30 days from the time you receive your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply contact us directly by email (info@keitshop.com) to start returning.
Please note that return/exchange shipping cost are your responsibility. Except in case of wrong items.
